The video was a massive success, having circulated very extensively throughout the school.

The scrap metal recycling project provided insightful information and helped target a field of environmental studies/advocacy that is often overlooked.

There was signficant contributions from coordinators  and the school community making this a very successful initiative

Green Week

We successfully brought to the school community's attention of importance of environmental conservation

The overall student reaction was very positive, with high participation and enthusiasm

The department also promoted the DEWA conservation competition

Green Day

The purpose of the initiative was to think critically about global water and electricity concerns and solutions. To empower students pursue an environmentally conscious lifestyle

It allowed students to Gain knowledge on the sustainable use of water and electricity through kahoot quizzes and learning new and innovative ways to lower their water and electricity footprint.

 

Approximately 25 students sent in videos pledging to save water and electricity, these videos were displayed in classes by form tutors during registration.
